DevelopersBuild on the
Build on the
VoltSpend API.
Automate everything the dashboard does, issue cards, set limits, read balances and transactions, subscribe to webhooks. Clean REST, JSON, and a single token.
curl https://api.voltspend.com/v1/cards \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $VOLTSPEND_TOKEN" \
-d design=surge \
-d limit=500 \
-d currency=USDHow to use it
Connected in three steps.
Keys unlock once your account has added funds and issued a card. Just follow the order below.
01
Add funds, create a card
API keys bind to a real card account. Add funds and issue a card first, that unlocks key creation.
02
Create a key in the dashboard
Mint a Bearer token (vs_live_…) in settings. It’s shown once, so store it safely.
03
Send it in the header
Attach the token to the Authorization header on every request. Copy the sample above and make your first call.
Quickstart
One token, and you’re calling the API.
