Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-10
1. Wallet balance
Topped-up wallet balance is used for card payments. By the nature of crypto top-ups, completed deposits are generally non-reversible.
2. Cancellations and merchant refunds
If a merchant cancels or refunds a payment, the amount is credited back to your card and wallet balance. Timing depends on how fast the merchant and card network process it.
Payments that were not authorized (declined) are never deducted from your balance in the first place.
3. Issuance fees
The fee charged when a card is issued is non-refundable once issuance completes. If issuance fails, the charged fee is restored to your wallet.
4. Top-up fees
The tiered deposit fee applied at top-up is a processing cost and is not refundable once the top-up completes normally.
5. Unused balance
Unused wallet balance, card validity and whether withdrawal is possible follow the card issuer policy. Contact Support for the detailed terms.
6. Disputes and contact
Exceptional cases such as payment errors, duplicate top-ups or unauthorized payments are reviewed individually through Support in the dashboard after signing up. Card payment disputes (chargebacks) may be handled per card-network and issuer procedures.
