1. Information we collect
VoltSpend handles only the minimum information needed to run the service. We do not ask for personal identifiers such as email, password or national ID at sign-up. A code to identify the account, access logs (IP, device, access time, etc.) and in-service usage records may be generated.
2. How we use it
Collected information is used only for account authentication, prevention of abuse and suspicious activity, operating and improving the service, and meeting legal obligations. We do not use it for other purposes or sell it.
3. Cookies and access data
We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you logged in, maintain security and provide basic functionality. We do not use third-party cookies for ad tracking.
4. Sharing with third parties
To provide regulated functions such as card issuance, payments and custody, information may be shared with licensed partners to the extent needed. Except where required by law, we do not share it externally without consent.
5. International transfer
Card issuance and payment partners may be located abroad, so information may be transferred internationally to the extent needed to provide the service. Safeguards for secure handling still apply.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as needed for its purpose or as required by law, and is deleted without delay once that period ends.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit. Your account token, however, must be kept safe by you.
8. Your rights and contact
Although the information collected is minimal, you may request to view or delete your information. For privacy questions or requests, contact us through Support in the dashboard after signing up.
